Sales Associate-Outdoor Power Equipment, Parts and Service Job

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services;
* Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring cash handling prodedures are followed;
* Assist customers with equipment maintenance inquiries, including receiving equipment for services and repairs. Must be able to safely lift and carry 50 lbs.;
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience;
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance;
* Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math;
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers;
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services;
* Previous experience with power equipment sales and service is a plus, but not required,
