Sales Assistant Job

We are a company specializing in custom signage design and production, as well as exhibition setup services, committed to providing high-quality, tailored solutions for our clients. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
2. Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
3. Demonstrate strong passion for signage and exhibition services, effectively presenting our products and solutions to clients.
4. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Candidates with existing client networks or industry contacts will be given priority.

Qualifications:
1. Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude.
2. Solid understanding of our products and services.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
4. Prior sales experience is a plus; candidates with proven ability to generate new clients or who bring existing client relationships are highly preferred.
5. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Position Details:
• Part-time: approximately 16 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 4 hours/day)
• Hourly rate: $18–$25, with additional commission based on sales performance
