Sales and Promotions Coordinator
The Duties:
• Develop sales and promotional activities for the Chinese market to support business development and market expansion.
• Coordinate implementation of sales plans and promotional activities aimed at increasing product awareness and sales performance in the Chinese market.
• Support the promotion of products through social media and other communication channels targeted to the Chinese market.
• Conduct market research on customer preferences, market trends, competitor activity, and product demand in the Chinese market.
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding product information, customer needs, order details, and promotional priorities for the Chinese market.
• Assist with new promotional planning by providing market-based input and customer feedback relevant to the Chinese market.
• Support product positioning and promotional messaging based on customer demand and market response.
• Gather and organize customer feedback and market information, and report observations to management.
The Essentials:
• 2+ years’ experience
• College diploma in relevant program
• Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Organization and planning skills
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly and proficiently to new information
• Teamwork skills to work collaboratively with internal and external parties
