Sales and Promotions Coordinator (NOC 11202) Job

Job Location: 4681 Hwy 7, Unionville, ON L3R 1M6
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time, 30 hr/week
Salary Range: $36.50/hr, paid vacation days and public holidays
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase product awareness and drive sales.
• Coordinate advertising and promotional strategies across online, in-store, and community platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community organizations to support brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing marketing materials including flyers, digital content, and promotional displays.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide input to management on product development and service improvement.
• Engage directly with customers to provide product information and address inquiries, enhancing the customer experience.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance to inform marketing strategies and promotional planning.

Requirements:
• Completion of a college diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to communicate in any second language is an asset.
• Proven ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns and coordinate advertising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in a dynamic working environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and capability to liaise with clients, partners, and vendors.
