Sales and Promotion Coordinator Job

• Develop all kinds of events for publicity, marketing and information purposes.
• Implement communication strategies and programs.
• Prepare bibliographies, indexes, reading lists, guides and other finding aids.
• Produce publicity programs and informational materials to awaken curiosity and interest in the subject matter.
• Train staff
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Prepare and/or deliver publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
• Conduct analytical marketing studies
• Design market research questionnaires
• Develop marketing strategies
• Develop and implement business plans
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
• Drive sales through leads, and inquiries.
• Answer written and oral inquiries

• Proficient in English language.
• Coordinating, writing, reading and oral comprehension, negotiating, and decision-making skills are preferred.
• Attention to detail, innovativeness, social orientation, and analytical thinking will be considered as advantage for this position.

Today Journal Printing is located at 309 Douglas Street, Sudbury, and employs approximately 20 people, many of which have been with the company for over 25 years. Our 15,000 square foot facility is self-contained. We have the capability of producing books, flyers, brochures, forms, etc. Our bindery department is well equipped to complete All jobs, including inserting and mailing. In addition to being the North's premier source for traditional large runs and full colour printing, we have now added Northern Ontario's largest digital press and variable printing into our repertoire.
