Job Description:
• Analyze new customer financials for credit-worthiness;
• Manage and support the company’s relationship with customers;
• Make Financial Analysis of customers to ensure customer’s financial health is accurate and sustainable;
• Ensure timely responses to customer requests by managing internal activities related to new program quotation, cost estimation, price negotiation, engineering change requests and material development, etc.;
• Analyze sales orders for pricing and profitability;
• Analyze production volumes and inventories to ensure proper level of purchase order readiness;
• Coordinate customer issues with Korean OEM clients;
• Promote new products and gather competitive intelligence;
• Analyze and devise business process improvements and support operational efficiency;
• Ensure timely responses to customer requests and align internal functions with client expectations;
• Promote new products and gather competitive knowledge;
• Construct the various business process activities and their interrelationship;
• Analyze/evaluation all existing business processes and linkages and identify missing documented processes and lead the team to document, improve and/or implement the newly identified processes;
• Research best practices and prepare recommendation on appropriate solutions; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field and demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP systems within the manufacturing industry. Preferred experience in Automotive Parts Business. Korean/English Bi-lingual, Proficiency in other languages a plus.
