Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies for real estate development projects
- Analyze real estate market trends and conduct competitor analysis to support marketing and sales decisions
- Plan and coordinate property launches, open houses, and project-specific promotional campaigns to generate market interest and enhance project visibility
- Collaborate with management and project development teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, real estate brochures, newsletters, posters, and other sales support materials
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to generate leads and support sales objectives
- Develop, manage, and monitor sales and marketing budgets, including oversight of internal operating budgets related to marketing activities
- Establish and maintain sales distribution channels by building strong relationships with real estate brokerages, agents, and strategic sales partners to maximize project exposure and sales performance
- Coordinate and deliver sales training programs to enhance team performance and support overall sales objectives
- Support the preparation and presentation of new real estate development project proposals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Assist in the recruitment of sales staff and lead the onboarding and training of the sales team to ensure alignment with project objectives and sales strategies
-Manage and coordinate sales and marketing–related contracts, including advertising service agreements and cooperation arrangements with real estate brokerages, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company policies

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the real estate development and property sales industry
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in developing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property development processes, and buyer behavior
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel to different sites (Client meetings, sales centers, trade shows, etc.) may be required periodically
- Experience in hiring, developing, and leading sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relations skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
