Job Description:
Leadership & Strategic Planning
• Plan, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase service revenue and expand the company’s regional market share.
• Lead and supervise the sales and customer service team, including performance evaluation, coaching, and workflow planning.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Management & Business Development
• Oversee the full sales cycle for residential and commercial clients, including customer outreach, consultations, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, contractors, property managers, and business partners.
• Establish measurable sales targets and ensure the team meets quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic accounts and negotiate service contracts and pricing.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion
• Develop advertising and digital marketing initiatives (Google ads, website promotion, social media campaigns) to support business visibility and lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing content, service brochures, and promotional materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend continuous improvements.
Operational & Administrative Management
• Prepare sales forecasts, market performance reports, and budget proposals.
• Manage marketing expenditures, monitor ROI, and optimize cost-effective marketing channels.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings with the company’s management team.
Customer Engagement & Service Quality
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional client communication.
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Guide the team in maintaining service consistency, installation timelines, and after-sales support.
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, or regional market leadership.
• Experience managing a small team of sales/technical staff, including performance oversight and coordination.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyze technical information and present solutions to customers (experience in technical or engineering-related products is an asset).
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy, digital promotion, and customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
