Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager (NOC 10022)
Location: Brampton, ON
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent full-time
Vacancy: 1
Wages: $55.50/hour

Job duties:

• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring the sales team meets quotas and goals
• Identifying market trends, understanding consumer requirements
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Working with management team to create and implement a sales plan
• Assisting in product development and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments
• Managing and developing promotion programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions
• Participating related training

Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of a college degree
• At least 5 years working experience is required
