JOB DUTIES
• Engage and build long-term relationships with potential corporate clients in Eastern Canada and the Atlantic region, establishing distribution networks for products and services.
• Analyze local market trends and client needs, providing tailored marketing and sales solutions through market research studies and findings analysis.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed targets, directing and evaluating marketing strategies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction through organized marketing initiatives.
• Track sales progress and provide detailed reports to senior management, evaluating marketing strategies and performance.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand the client network and market presence.
• Establish and implement procedures for marketing and sales activities, including negotiating client arrangements.
• Recruit and train staff to meet strategic marketing and sales goals, overseeing staff training and performance.

QUALIFICATION
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other service are required.
