Job Duties:
1. Lead the development and execution of our studio’s overall marketing strategies and standards to drive brand awareness, business growth, and sales performance. Align all marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistency across all channels.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat and Tiktok, etc. Ensure campaigns are innovative and dynamic to attract more followers.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with right-fit influencers, media partners, and potential sales affiliates to maximize visibility and engagement with target customers effectively. Collaborate with designers and fashion shows to convert marketing leads into sales opportunities.
4. Lead in-depth research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and refine marketing tactics.
5. Manage and optimize the content strategy for our website and online store. Implement SEO best practices to improve site rankings and user engagement. Regularly update and enhance content to keep it fresh and relevant.
6. Organize and execute high-profile events, including VIP customer engagements, promotional activities, and fashion showcases. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless event execution, with a goal of boosting customer loyalty and driving direct sales.
7. Monitor and track customer behaviours, sales trends, and marketing performance to identify new sales opportunities. Implement strategies to increase foot traffic to the boutique.
7. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the impact of all campaigns.
8. Prepare and present monthly and annual marketing and sales reports to track performance and progress. Monitor the ROI to ensure the efficiency and profitability of marketing efforts. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Job Requirements:

1. University degree in marketing, management, business, or related field is required.
2. Minimum of five years of experiences working in marketing, with at least two years in a leadership or managerial role is required.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, measure performance, and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Extensive familiarity with market research techniques and photo/video editing software.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
