Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective students and other stakeholders. The goal is to increase brand awareness and drive student enrollment through various sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential students and partners. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, promoting the courses and programs of the academy.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and attract students. This includes digital marketing, print media, social media marketing, and event-based promotions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants to promote Kanika’s Nursing Academy as a top choice for nursing education.
Brand Promotion: Represent the academy at career fairs, educational exhibitions, and community events to showcase the academy’s offerings and increase visibility.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the latest trends, competitor activities, and the needs of students. Provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Sales Reports: Track and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness. Set and achieve targets for lead conversion and student enrollment.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the academic and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding of students.
Customer Support: Address inquiries from prospective students and provide information on courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector or a similar field.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
