Sales and Development Manager Job

A Sales and Development Manager is needed in El Paso, Texas.

• Oversee sales and product development operations for engineering-driven manufacturing solutions, including manuals, labels, and packaging systems for manufacturers, with a prima-ry focus on consumer electronics and automotive industries.
• Lead the design and implementation of sales strategies that integrate technical expertise with market demands to optimize business operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage the product development process by collaborating with engineering teams to ensure products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Direct the evaluation of pricing strategies by analyzing engineering and production cost fac-tors, such as material costs, labor inputs, and process efficiency.
• Analyze historical and current sales strategies in conjunction with engineering advance-ments to inform pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and marketing approaches.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to align product features and benefits with client needs, supporting sales efforts and maximizing profitability.
• Monitor industry developments, including advancements in materials, manufacturing tech-nologies, and product designs, to inform business decisions and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to enhance client relation-ships and provide customized technical solutions.

Associate Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Business Management and 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
