The Sales Advisor at Full Throttle Houston helps customers find and purchase used vehicles that fit their needs and budget. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet and build rapport with customers.
Act as the main contact throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge
Understand all vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Stay updated on inventory and new arrivals.
Vehicle Demonstrations
Conduct test drives.
Explain vehicle benefits and features clearly.
Sales Process
Assist with financing options, trade-ins, and warranties.
Present pricing and promotions transparently.
Customer Support
Educate customers on vehicle value and reliability.
Address questions and concerns professionally.
Negotiation & Documentation
Negotiate prices and terms effectively.
Complete all sales paperwork accurately.
Follow-Up & Prospecting
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Generate leads via referrals, cold calls, and online inquiries.
Sales Targets
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
Market Awareness
Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
Customer Service
Deliver outstanding service before, during, and after sales.
Qualifications
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Sales experience (automotive preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge.
Basic computer skills; valid state ID.
Working Conditions
Dealership setting, indoors and outdoors.
Evening and weekend availability required.
Some physical activity involved.
