Job Description:
This position requires a passion for sales must be able to manage and grow B2B customer accounts. The Outside Sales Representative will be accountable for profitable management and growth of new and existing customers/accounts.
Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Use your existing contacts to generate business and acquire new clients, grow sales pipeline, and generate sales
• Engage in lead generation activities to identify new B2B sales accounts/opportunities and expand your B2B sales/
• Initiate customer relationships and close product sales.
• Account Management with existing accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
• Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling of company products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, AR etc.) to process sales orders
• Respond to questions regarding the company’s products and services
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify new product or market opportunities t
• Partner with and collaborate closely with AR department on timely payments from your customers/accounts
• Actively pursue cost reduction and margin improvement activities for your customers/accounts

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Corrugated and packaging industry sales experience preferred or current relationships in garment industry
• Proficient in managing, tracking, and executing the sales cycle
• An understanding of the Consultative Selling Method and ability to sell using a problem-solving approach
• Time management and prospecting skills
• Seasoned professional with sales and account management experience
• A Rain Maker with an inner drive and passion for sales
• Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to analyses and communicate
• Organized, customer-focused, pro-active, professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Valid U.S. driver’s license ability to travel as needed to meet your quota and responsibilities needs
