Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Rental Supervisor to manage daily sales and rental operations, supervise the team, and ensure customers receive excellent service from inquiry to contract completion. The ideal candidate will drive revenue performance, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate rental availability, and support smooth handover/return processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the sales and rental team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Handle customer inquiries, explain services/products, and close sales and rental agreements.
Manage rental bookings, scheduling, handover, and return processes to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure contracts, invoices, deposits, and payment records are accurate and properly filed.
Coordinate availability with relevant departments and ensure rentals are ready for use/delivery.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and maintain service standards.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare basic reports on sales, rentals, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in sales and/or rental operations, with some team-leading experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail for contracts, documentation, and cash/payment handling.
Comfortable using MS Office and CRM/rental management systems.
Problem-solving mindset with good organization and time management skills.
