• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for dinner buns, egg tarts, pineapple buns,
• Prepare dough for cover of baked pasta
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• decorate cakes or other baked goods
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• create production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce per month
• Purchase baking supplies- ensure cost effective calculations on materials and sales
• hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
