Position Summary

KeystoneRVCenter is seeking a skilled and motivated RV Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles, ensuring all systems are in optimal working condition. From plumbing and electrical systems to slide-outs and appliances, you'll handle it all!

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in RVs

Perform pre-delivery inspections and routine maintenance on new and used units

Install aftermarket accessories and manufacturer upgrades

Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed

Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about repair needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Stay current on industry trends and manufacturer training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as an RV Technician or related mechanical trade preferred

Strong knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Valid driver’s license; RVIA/RVDA certification a plus
