Job Description:
Collect requirements from external departments for process automation.
Meet w/ external departments to review design drafts, conduct UAT and process review, present final designs, and address questions.
Design, build, deploy, and support process automation, integration, and data flows to meet business needs.
Design full cycle automation or integration solutions to complete manual processes such as data entry, data transfer, and audit preparation.
Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions utilizing Pinnace’s RPA platform or Microsoft Power Suite.
Conduct testing of code and designs – including performance testing, and optimization.
Responsible for process and data integrity and adhering to security standards and procedures.
Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines for automated solutions.
Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in integration or automation tools.
