Rope Access Technician Supervisor Job

The High-Rise Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-access cleaning and property maintenance operations in multi-story commercial and residential buildings. This position ensures that all work performed at heights meets safety standards, client specifications, and company quality requirements. The Supervisor leads field technicians, coordinates schedules, and ensures proper use of specialized equipment.

DUTIES:
- Supervising rope access technicians to ensure you and your team are working safely and effectively
- Leading project operations and safety meetings
- Performing Rope Access window and building cleaning, pressure washing, and dryer ductcleaning
- Completing projects within budget and to our high standards of quality, without damage
- Maintaining, assembling, and inspecting tools and equipment required at your work sites
- Keeping your company vehicle clean and organized
- Verifying the work hours of the technicians in your team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has Canadian residency with a Social Insurance Number OR a current, valid workingpermit
- Has a minimum Level 2 SPRAT and or IRATA Certification
- Has 1 to 2 years of Rope Access building cleaning experience (Supervisor experience anasset)
- Is available for flexible work days (early morning starts, weekdays, sometimes weekendsand occasional graveyard shifts)
- Has a valid driver's license - company vehicle provided
- Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Is comfortable and effective with verbal and written communication in English
- Is reliable, courteous, honest, and hardworking
- Enjoys leading teams and managing others
- Level 1 First Aid (preferred but not yet required)
