Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage rope access crews on active job sites
• Design, install, and inspect rope access systems in accordance with IRATA guidelines
• Perform advanced rigging and rescue planning
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including FLHAs, JHAs, and Safe Work Plans
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety assessments
• Monitor work quality and productivity on site
• Liaise with project managers and clients as required
• Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
Requirements
• IRATA Level 3 certification (required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of rope access experience
• Proven experience supervising rope access crews
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ropes access best practices
• Ability to lead teams in high-angle and industrial environments
• Valid driver’s license
• English language proficiency
• Ability to reliably commute to Squamish, BC and travel to job sites throughout the Sea-to-Sky and Lower Mainland regions
