Your main responsibilities will be:
Provide technical service to UVD robot customers both remotely and on-site as required, building a partnership with the customer and taking care of their UVD robot success.
Participate in training for customers and partners remotely, on-site, and at Blue Ocean Robotics office in Colorado Springs.
Manage, troubleshooting and resolving support and service requests from UVD robot customers via email, phone and on-sites.
Process incoming inquiries and prepare service-related resolutions in a timely manner.
Participate in trade fairs, customer training courses, and temporary robot installations at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Ship & receive parts from our service center in Colorado Springs and participate in its operations supporting the US market.
Deliver technical feedback from the market to the product development team and collaborate to resolve technical issues observed in the product.
Support the installation and integration of UVD robots at customer locations in the Americas, remotely via UVD robots or physically.
Perform yearly maintenance visits at customers, making sure their robots are operating smoothly and solving their tasks.
Provide regional sales support as needed, collaborating with the regional sales team to understand customer requirements.
Compentencies:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology, Technical Support, Network administration, Electronics Technology, or Robotics.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in networking, robotics and electronics.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Customer service orientation: Strong skills in handling customer inquiries, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
