• Position: Food Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 108A - 81 Golden Drive, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6R2
Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily food production and activities
• Ensure all health, food safety, and workplace safety regulations are followed thoroughly
• Manage inventory, monitor costs, and adjust procedures to improve efficiency
• Recruit and train staff, and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements
• Develop and implement operational standards for food quality, packaging, and delivery timelines
• Address and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Establish staff schedules, oversee daily tasks, and monitor performance
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food service sector is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
