Risk Manager Job

1.Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the company’sinvestment portfolio, with a focus on real estate and hospitality projects.
2.Conduct detailed risk assessments on potential and ongoing investments, identifying riskfactors and proposing mitigation strategies.
3.Monitor and analyze external and internal risks aff ecting the portfolio, including market, credit,operational, and legal risks.
4.Collaborate with investment and project management teams to integrate risk managementpractices into the investment decision-making process.
5.Prepare risk management reports for senior management, highlighting risk exposure, riskmanagement activities, and recommendations for risk mitigation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management tocontinuously improve the company’s risk management framework.
5.Develop and conduct risk management training for staff to foster a risk-aware culture withinthe organization.
Manage relationships with external risk consultants and insurance providers to ensureadequate coverage and risk transfer mechanisms are in place.

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
2.Professional certifi cation in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is highly desirable.
3.At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or investment management sectors.
4.Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex information to identify risksand devise eff ective mitigation strategies.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex riskinformation to non-specialists and senior management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to implement risk managementinitiatives.
6.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential risk issues.
