Revit Technician Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Revit and a keen eye for detail. As a Revit Technician at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will support our architectural team by producing high-quality, accurate construction documents and models, ensuring that our projects meet our standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert conceptual design concepts, sketches, and into accurate and working Revit remodels.
Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, etc.
Ensure that all drawings and models comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure design intent is maintained.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate their information into the Revit model.
Review and update Revit models based on redlines, field measurements, and project changes.
Maintain Revit libraries and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation.
Conduct quality control checks on Revit models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Revit in an architectural or design firm.
Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in creating detailed construction documents and models.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
