Retail Supervisor Job

RMR Trading Inc.o/a Panda Convenience and Variety is looking for full time Retail Supervisor for 557 Curran Place , Mississauga location, L5B 0G4
1 Position available.

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Manage cash
• Oversee payroll administration
• Set up displays and maintain them
• Maintain inventory and place orders for new merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train new staff
• Open and close the store when needed
• Prepare and execute marketing

Hours of work are 35 hours per week. Pay is $36/hour. Successful candidates will speak English and have a high school diploma. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.
