Job duties
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained.

Employment terms:
Must be familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and related retail software.
Must be flexible to work Day, evening and night shifts.
Should be physically available at the store. There are no remote working options.

Education & Experience:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of Supervisory experience preferably in a retail setting is required. Experience overseeing cashiers and sales associates is strongly preferred.
