Job Description:
Circle K, a popular convenience store located at 601 East Broadway Vancouver, BC V5T 1X7 has vacancy for a full-time permanent position of a Retail Store Supervisor.
Duties involve:
• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Applicants must have completed secondary school education and have at least 1 year of experience in the retail sales. The position is Full Time/ Permanent, 30 hrs /week, $35.00/ hour.
