Job duties and Responsibilities: -
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
• Meeting sales goals by assigning tasks, providing training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure Accounting received accurate paperwork and handle merchandise pulls.
• Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs & innovative ideas to increase sales.
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
