Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide supervision, task coordination and support to staff and store
• Maintain records of stock, equipment condition and sales
• Make sure that equipment is handled safely
• Resolve work related problems and grievances
• Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers
• Recruiting and interviewing of staff, coaching and training of hired staff; Assign workers their duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for carrying out scheduling, planning and merchandising duties
• Authorizing ordering, maintaining of inventory and the return of merchandise according to the needs
• Ensure discipline among staff
• Handle issues of customer service and complaints
• Contribute to the goals and sales target of the store
• Ensure the visual standards, store displays, signage and cleanliness are appropriate
• Perform the same duties sometimes as cashiers, if required

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• At least 1 year of supervising or directly relevant experience required in retail store industry
• Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
