Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience

Job duties
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient store operations and high-quality customer service
• Recruit, hire, train, and provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for employees
• Establish, manage, and adjust staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and operational issues, including supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner
• Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit procedures
• Order, receive, and manage merchandise based on sales trends and inventory requirements
• Organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising, staffing, and operational matters
• Plan, design, and coordinate permanent and temporary exhibition and retail display setups
• Actively participate in sales activities and provide customer service support as needed
• Authorize merchandise returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Assign daily duties and tasks to sales staff
