Job requirements:
Minimum 7 months of experience in a retail setting is required

Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary (high) school

Language Requirements:
English

Start date:
ASAP

Wage:
$22.00-$24.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Hours:
30-40 hours per week (Including weekends and holidays)

Benefits:
10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay, employer covers the relocation cost

Job Duties:
 Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
 Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
 Authorize payments and the return of merchandise, and sign for deliveries
 Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
 Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise, and open and close the store
 Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
 Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
 Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
