Required Retail Store Supervisor (TEER 62010)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Manage sales staff and other staff working on the floor.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and make sure staff follow workplace health and safety practices
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise to ensure products are in stock.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Hire and provide training to the staff.
• Preparing staff work schedules.
• Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and daily sales.

Job Requirements:
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 1 year but less than 2 years of previous retail salesperson, salesclerk, cashier or related experience is required.
