Key Responsibilities:
Assign duties to sales staff
Hire, train, and provide ongoing training to team members
Authorize payments and merchandise returns
Order and manage stock
Establish and manage employee work schedules
Qualifications:
Secondary school graduation certificate
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
