Job Description:
Sahdra Holdings Inc. is looking for one Retail Store Supervisor for their Chevron Gas station and convenience store located at 18438 16 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3Z 9W7. This position is full-time permanent with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be entitled to perform the following job duties:
Supervise and oversee the work of the cashiers and salespeople
Place order for merchandise and maintain inventory
Resolve potential problems, such as clients requests, complaints, and supply shortage
Supervise and motivate employees to achieve targets
Prepare reports on sales figures and merchandise
Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to salespeople
Keep records of expenses, sales figures and employees performance
What we Offer:
$35.00 per hour
4% Vacation pay
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
