- Make strategies for credit, sale and return of products.
- Develop and further assess client care and react to client demands and issues.
- Monitor expenses, income, and plan budget.
- Survey and determine clients’ interest, volumes, and effects of the sale.
- Execute planning to provide visual standards such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Hire, train and retain other staff and prepare records of performance.
