Retail Store Supervisor Job

We are currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee and improve the sales activities at the store. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of $76,960. The job duties and requirements for this position are listed below:

Job duties:
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
• Perform sales activities, including assisting customers with product selection, providing product information, and processing transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and confirm work schedules, supervise the sales representatives and cashiers and provide support when needed.
• Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges of merchandise in accordance with store policies.
• Address and resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and coordinate with customer service supervisor in managing escalated complaint
• Regularly check inventory levels and order merchandise to avoid shortages, receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to store management.
• Participate in the hiring process and training for new sales representative, and develop evaluation reports on their performance.
• Ensure the store displays, signage and cleanliness meet the visual standards and align with the image of the store.
• Implement sales strategies and execute events to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.

• Completion of secondary school is required, higher education, especially in business, marketing and related fields will be preferred.
• Two years of experience in sales is required.
• One year of management experience is required.
• Candidates with experience relevant to telecommunications or mobile devices are preferred.
