Title: RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR

Salary: $35.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Completion of Secondary school is required
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
MAIN DUTIES OF A RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff.
• Organize & maintain inventory.
• Assign other workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and cash flow.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff members.
• Perform other duties as and when required.
