Job Description:

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff and cashiers
• Oversee and organize monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels
• Develop and maintain employee work schedules to meet operational needs
• Address and resolve work-related issues, ensuring a productive work environment
• Manage merchandise orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies
• Oversee cash management, including daily reconciliation

Job Requirement:
- Secondary school graduation required.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience as retail salesperson/supervisor required.
- Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
- Wage: $20.67 per hour
- Benefit: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
