Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage work schedules for cashier and office staff, ensuring optimal coverage during all operational hours of the bottle depot.
Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, bottle returns, inventory levels, and personnel-related matters to facilitate informed decision-making.
Organize and maintain inventory of bottles and related items, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment to meet demand.
Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and equipment malfunctions, to maintain smooth operations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashier, office, and volunteer staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency within the bottle depot.
Conduct performance reviews for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Secondary school graduation is usually required
-Previous 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor in retail filed is required.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
