As a Store supervisor, you will be responsible for the following job duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service
• Assign duties to sales associates, monitor workflow, and prepare staff work schedules based on store needs and peak hours
• Support sales team in achieving targets by guiding product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement
• Authorize transactions such as refunds, exchanges, and special orders in accordance with company policies
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain adequate inventory levels by monitoring stock, organizing merchandise, and placing orders for popular collectible items and new arrivals
• Ensure accurate product display and visual merchandising, including showcasing collectible toys, blind boxes, and promotional items to enhance customer experience
• Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and presentation to maintain a welcoming and brand-consistent retail environment
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for management review
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales staff, and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Coordinate with management regarding promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events
Job requirement:
• Completion of secondary school
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
