Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Assign sales workers to duties, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Authorize return of merchandise, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Establish work schedules, Organize and maintain inventory, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
