Job Description
Lone Butte General Store is seeking a motivated and responsible Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining efficient inventory and financial controls.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support store staff
Hire, train, or arrange training for employees
Establish work schedules and conduct performance reviews
Order merchandise and organize inventory
Authorize payments and manage cash handling
Oversee payroll administration
Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues
Supervise office and volunteer staff

Oversees 3–4 employees
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 to less than 7 months of related experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
