Job Description
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met, maintaining high customer service standards, and supervising a team of retail employees. You will play a key role in managing inventory, ensuring store organization, and enforcing safety regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate employees to meet company standards; oversee scheduling and manage performance.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide assistance, and ensure that the store meets the needs of its clients.
• Sales Targets: Monitor sales performance, set sales goals, and develop strategies to increase store profitability.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation and display.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and monitoring loss prevention.
• Merchandising: Ensure that merchandise is attractively displayed and maintain store layout according to company standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations; maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to senior management.

• Completion of high school diploma
• 1 to 6 months experience in retail supervision or customer service, particularly in grocery or food retail.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
