retail store supervisor Job

Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff and cashiers in the convenience store to ensure efficient daily operations. Assign duties to employees and prepare staff work schedules to maintain adequate coverage during all operating hours.

Monitor sales transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Train new employees on store policies, customer service standards, safety procedures, and operation of the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, receiving merchandise, and organizing product displays to ensure shelves are fully stocked and properly presented. Ensure pricing is accurate and promotional materials are displayed according to company guidelines.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
