Carbolyn Investments Ltd. dba Esso Reddi Mart is looking for full-time permanent Retail Store Supervisors to join our team as soon as possible. If this ad is up, we are still hiring.
Job Details
Location: 10001-80 Street, Peace River, Alberta T8S 1R2
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $36.00 per hour(wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time (30 – 44 hours per week)
Vacancies: 3

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related supervisory experience.

Personal Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Assign store workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
• Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
