Job Description:
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Location: 1510 George St., Enderby, BC V0E 1V0
Wage - $28.85/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions- 1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Work Location: Rural area
Start date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (or high) school is required
Experience: 1-2 Year of work experience in same field.
Language: English

Job Duties:¬
Supervise the overall functions of liquor store. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise. Opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries. Making sure all the important merchandise is always in stock for customers. Making work schedules. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Monitor the sales and trend in sales. Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the business are maintained, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
