Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Work setting: Retail service establishment, Rural area, Gas bar.
Supervision: 3-4 cashiers, and stock

Skill requirements:
Tasks
> Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
> Assign sales workers to duties
> Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
> Order merchandise
> Authorize return of merchandise
> Establish work schedules
> Sell merchandise
> Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
> Organize and maintain inventory
> Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
> Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
> Manage cash
> Conduct performance reviews

Experience: Relevant experience in retail environment for 1 year to 2 years.
Skill requirements: Attention to detail, decision making, customer service, inventory management and operation of POS system
