As a Retail Store Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Supervise and Co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedule.
• Hire and arrange training for new staff members.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volume and maintain specified inventory.
• Authorize payments by cheques and the return of merchandise.
Education: Completion of High School
Essential Skills: Able to work in fast paced environment, Excellent oral communication, Team player, Organized
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $ 36 hourly for 30-40 hours per week
Experience: Previous 1 year experience is required
