Job Description:
- Position: Retail Store Supervisor

- Wage: $36.00 per hour
- Hours of work: 30 - 40 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Requirement:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 3-4 years of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashiers, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.
Job Duties:
- Assign other staff to duties and instruct, discipline them when needed.
- Supervise, prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock, order merchandise when out of stock within the budget.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise under store refund policy.
- Prepare reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning.
- Handle customer complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc.
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc.
- Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.
